My name is London Thompson, and I have a passion for adventure.

From photographing villagers in the mountains of Costa Rica to writing articles about banding Brown Pelicans along the coast of North Carolina, I strive to combine my love for the world with my gift of storytelling.

I was born and raised in Laurel, Maryland. Throughout my youth, I wrote plays and short stories. Writing has always been my favorite way to express my creativity. I moved to North Carolina to attend North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. I graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Journalism with a Concentration in Multimedia. I later obtained an M.A. in Interactive Media from Elon University. I am working towards an MBA in Marketing at the University of North Carolina Greensboro.

When I am not on an adventure, I enjoy painting, thrift shopping, and spending time with my family.

I am excited to continue traveling the world and telling old stories in new ways.
